Terms of Services

By placing an order you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions and agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you and VeriCorder Outlet. Any attempt by you to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, is null and void.  These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.  Check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of goods from VeriCorder Outlet.

 

PRODUCT LISTINGS, DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING

Product descriptions on the website are not intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and research.  Additionally, links to external websites are provided for your convenience and reference only. We do not control such sites and, therefore, we are not responsible for any content posted on these sites. These links should not be construed in any way as an endorsement, authorization, or sponsorship of that site, its content or the companies or products referenced.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, compatibility references, pricing, links and all other information on our website.  Errors (human or other) may occur and we cannot guarantee that all information on the website (including, but not limited to, product descriptions, specifications or pricing) is entirely accurate, complete, and current nor are we responsible for errors.  In the event that a product is incorrectly priced, for any reason, VeriCorder Outlet, at its sole discretion, has the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information from the website.

 

PAYMENT

All prices and transactions are in US Dollars.  We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Sales taxes, where applicable, are collected for orders placed in Canada.  International duties, taxes, brokerage fees and all other costs associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  We have no control over these charges.  Please contact your local customs authority for additional information.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received by 10 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays), are normally shipped the same day.  Merchandise that is unavailable will be placed on back order and the remainder of the order will be shipped. Back ordered merchandise will be shipped via ground service as soon as it is available.  An email will be sent to the registered address once merchandise has been shipped.  Tracking details will be included where available.  VeriCorder Outlet is not liable for late deliveries as events beyond our control may impact the actual delivery date.

 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Due to a general rise of fraudulent activity around online ordering of products, VeriCorder Outlet reserves the Right to Refuse any orders placed through our web store where the Billing Address does not match the Shipping Address.  VeriCorder Outlet, at its own discretion, may try to contact the Purchaser, or the Recipient,  in order to verify the details of the transaction, before processing the order.  If VeriCorder Outlet is unable to verify the details to its own satisfaction, then it reserves the Right to Refuse the order and will refund any payments received through the payment process associated with that order (eg. PayPal credit card payment).

If you intend to place any orders where your Billing Address does not match the Shipping Address, we requestthat you first contact us by email or by phone to provide us with the necessary details for this order, so that we can process it for you in a timely manner.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Changes or cancellations can be made provided that the order has not been shipped and must be made by calling us at 250-863-0858.  If we are unavailable, please leave a message with your Name and Phone number and Order number, so that we can get back to you.

 

VOLUME AND DEALER DISCOUNTS

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving the order please inspect it carefully.  Do not dispose of the packaging (such as boxes, instructions, inserts and bags) until you are completely sure you are keeping the equipment.  Keep your invoice for future reference.

 

ERRORS

In the event that merchandise needs to be returned as the result of our error please send an email to store@vericorder-outlet.com with an explanation of the error and a telephone number that you can be reached at.  We will work with you on the return of the wrong merchandise and get the correct merchandise to you.  If we cross-ship replacement merchandise to you we will request a credit card number.  The card will only be charged if the incorrect merchandise is not returned to us within 15 business days. 

 

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND

With the exception of software products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it.  All merchandise must be in new condition.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required and must be requested within 10 days from the date the product was delivered.  RMA’s can be requested via email (store@vericorder-outlet.com) and are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.  Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

Safely secure the merchandise being returned along with all original packaging, a copy of your receipt and a copy of the RMA that you will receive via email in a shipping carton.  Mark the outside of the box clearly with the RMA number.  If you receive a label in the RMA email, print and attach it to the shipping carton.  Ship prepaid, ground-service only and only with a carrier that will provide tracking, proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.  We will not accept collect shipments.

Upon receipt we will confirm the quantity and condition of the merchandise and packaging returned.  Merchandise returned with missing or damaged packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise that shows signs of minor wear or is missing parts is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.  We will not refund any amount for merchandise that has been damaged and rendered unsellable or shows signs of significant use.  VeriCorder Outlet has sole discretion in determining the condition of the product and any associated fees.  Refunds will be issued in the same payment form tendered at the time of purchase.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Defective merchandise can be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. All original packaging must accompany the returned merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required and must be requested within the 60 day period. RMA’s can be requested via email (store@vericorder-outlet.com) and are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.  Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We will test the merchandise for the defect you have identified.  If we confirm that there is a problem with the merchandise we will refund to you the cost of return shipping and arrange to send you a replacement unit, OR we will refund of the original purchase value.

CLAIM FOR MISSING MERCHANDISE

VeriCorder Outlet must receive claim for merchandise damaged in transit within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered.  Send an email to store@vericorder-outlet.com with the following details:

  • Who received the package (you or someone else)?
  • What was missing?
  • Was there any damage to the packaging?
  • Did the box appear to have been opened prior to you receiving it?

 

CLAIM FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

VeriCorder Outlet must receive claim for merchandise damaged in transit within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered.  Send an email to store@vericorder-outlet.com with the following details:

  • Who received the package (you or someone else)?
  • Was any merchandise missing?
  • Was there obvious damage to the outside of the package?
  • What was the condition of the damaged items - Select one or more of the following: Bent, Cracked, Crushed, Dented, Puncture Hole, Scratched, Shattered, Soiled/Stained, Spoiled, Torn, Wet, Other (Explain).

VeriCorder Outlet will initiate a damage claim and advise you of the process that will be followed.
